Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes the personal information handled by the public Tadeel marketing site, waitlist, contact form, and optional site analytics. Product-specific privacy terms will be provided or updated before accounting-software access opens where additional processing needs to be described.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Your email address when you join the waitlist
• Your name, email address, selected topic, and message when you use the contact form
• Messages you send to hello@tadeel.com, including replies and unsubscribe requests

Technical request information

Netlify hosts the site and Functions. Like other hosting providers, it processes request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, and approximate country context.

Optional analytics information

If the analytics providers are configured, an eligible visitor must explicitly opt in before non-essential analytics loads. Depending on the provider enabled, this may include page views, referring pages, device and browser information, interaction data, session activity, and technical error context. Visitors outside the eligible region do not have these providers loaded by the site’s current consent rules.

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Maintain the waitlist and send requested launch or early-access updates
• Respond to contact messages, support questions, replies, and unsubscribe requests
• Deliver, secure, diagnose, and improve the marketing site
• Understand site usage and technical issues when an eligible visitor opts in to configured analytics
• Comply with legal obligations and protect Tadeel, visitors, and the public from abuse

We do not sell personal information or use waitlist and contact-form information for behavioral advertising.

4. Current marketing-site providers

We disclose information to service providers only for the services described here and subject to their applicable terms:

• Netlify hosts the website and serverless Functions and supplies request context used by the consent and security flows.
• Resend stores waitlist contacts and sends the requested waitlist confirmation and updates.
• Formspree processes contact-form submissions so Tadeel can receive and answer them.
• Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Sentry are optional. Each remains disabled when its public build variable is blank, and non-essential requests remain off unless an eligible visitor explicitly opts in. Clarity can capture session interaction data when enabled and accepted.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable requirements.

5. Browser storage and consent

The site uses browser storage for limited functions:

• tadeel_analytics_consent remembers an accepted or declined analytics choice.
• tadeel_lb stores the Accounting Challenge leaderboard on that browser.
• Tadeel-prefixed session values remember a dismissed banner or selected page option for the current browser session.

Eligible visitors can accept or decline analytics in the consent notice and reopen cookie settings from the footer. Declining or not choosing keeps non-essential analytics off. Clearing browser storage removes these local choices and game data.

6. Data retention

We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or it is no longer needed for the waitlist and launch communications. We keep contact messages as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support history, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Analytics and error information follows the retention settings configured in the applicable provider console.

To unsubscribe, reply to a waitlist email or email hello@tadeel.com with “unsubscribe” in the subject line. You may also request deletion at that address, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons.

7. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS connections, server-only environment variables for secrets, exact-origin checks on the waitlist Function, and restricted access to service-provider consoles. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and visitors should avoid sending sensitive financial records through the public contact form.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your waitlist or contact submission, and you may opt out of waitlist communications, by emailing hello@tadeel.com. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.

9. Children’s privacy

Tadeel is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site, providers, or product access changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
