1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Tadeel LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Tadeel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Tadeel website at tadeel.com and the Tadeel accounting software platform (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Description of service
Tadeel is currently a prelaunch website and waitlist for cloud-based accounting software. Planned product features include bank feeds and file import, reviewable SMART transaction category suggestions, accounts payable and receivable records, financial reporting, and related tools. Joining the waitlist does not create a software account or guarantee an access date.
Important: Tadeel is accounting software, not a licensed accounting firm, financial advisor, or tax professional. Information provided through the Service is for organizational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
