Security with
clear boundaries.

Tadeel uses scoped access, encrypted connections, and traceable accounting workflows to reduce risk.

Security built in,
not bolted on.

These are the product controls implemented for launch.

Encrypted connections
Tadeel uses HTTPS/TLS for browser and service connections so data is encrypted while in transit.
Plaid bank connections
Plaid handles the bank credential flow and provides tokenized connections; Tadeel does not store your bank username or password.
Organization-scoped data access
Database row-level security and organization scoping restrict financial records to the active organization and permitted users.
Role-based access
Owner, bookkeeper, accountant, and support roles apply permission checks to organization work.
Traceable posted records
Posted accounting records use correction, void, and reversal workflows that retain audit history instead of silently deleting activity.
Review before SMART changes
SMART categorization and bill or receipt intake present reviewable suggestions; users approve or edit work before it changes the books.
